The Challenge
Keeping technology running effectively is a costly proposition, but it must be done, since your organization is increasingly dependent on it. Despite tighter budgets, maintaining and refreshing your technology is not just desirable, it's a necessity. The challenge is to continue to improve and maintain your technology on a smaller budget.

Secant Technologies offers an array of programs to help you leverage the full power of your network, keep you current with technology, and minimize network disruptions, maintenance problems and overall work pain.

The Plan
Secant has developed the SecantCare Partnership to help meet this challenge. Through selection of cost effective building blocks, we support your technology with the following components:
  • Qualified Secant staff available five days a week to watch your equipment with a private web portal that finds problems as they happen
  • End-user-accessible trouble ticket system to track issues and resolution in an easy-to-use web portal
  • Proactive scheduled support to keep your network healthy
  • Ability to budget for your annual IT maintenance needs
  • Daily server maintenance and administration by Certified Engineers

How It Works
Starting with the foundation of the SecantCare Partnership, Secant can provide 5-day-a-week support through the continuous monitoring of mission critical network components and servers. When devices vary from expected states, an alert notifies Secant technical staff (and your staff) so they can respond to potential trouble situations.

Our engineers will be able to remediate some issues.
If onsite work is required, a trouble ticket can be issued to be handled by a Secant engineer either remotely or on-site. Server administration is available on a daily basis to ensure that backups, virus signatures, event logs, and other mission-critical server parameters are properly maintained. Annual budget planning helps ensure effective use of technology resources.
