How To Change Your Password

Getting Started

If you are logged onto a Remote Desktop Server, you may have to press CTRL-ALT-END to bring up the menu that will allow you to change your password.

If you are logged onto your corporate domain joined Windows computer, you will have to press CTRL-ALT-DEL to bring up the menu that will allow you to change your password.

Steps

1 – Once you have pressed CTRL-ALT-END or CTRL-ALT-DEL choose “Change a password.”

2 – Enter your current password in the “Old Password” field and enter a new password in the “New Password” and “Confirm Password” fields.

3 – Once finished, click the arrow to the right of the “Confirm Password” field. If the reset was successful, you will see the message “Your password has been changed.”

4 – Click OK to go back to your desktop.
